SCHOLAR’S PROGRAM
Deepen Understanding of Yourself and the World
Make peace with your ego and discover your true path. Go beyond the basics and study the Spirituality of the Enneagram with the Institute for Conscious Being. We provide an intimate, in-depth setting for instruction and practical application. Scholar’s Program is over six intensive weekends of study (January, May and September of each year for 2 years) and is open to anyone with a basic understanding of the Enneagram and its spiritual principles. We realize that as a student you will go through your own spiritual transformation and the ICB School will hold you in safety within a spiritual container.
The Scholar’s program is offered to all who wish to gain a deeper consciousness through study of the Enneagram and its application.
These highly focused, on-site programs of academic and experiential learning are taught in an intimate setting by Dr. Joseph Howell, the ICB faculty and expert guest speakers. Through lectures, group work, discussion sessions and practicums, students learn to apply Enneagram principles to their personal and professional relationships.

The Scholar’s Program is a highly focused, six-part program of academic and experiential learning.
Through lectures, group work, discussion sessions, practicums, and music in sacred space where students learn to apply Enneagram principles to their personal and professional relationships.
Over six intensive weekends of study (January, May and September of each year for 2 years), Dr. Howell and ICB faculty lead participants through deep personal work within an intimate and safe learning community.
Each of the three Enneagram Centers (Body, Mind and Heart) will be studied twice during the two-year curriculum.
Besides an extensive bibliography of Enneagram teachings, the primary text used is Becoming Conscious: The Enneagram’s Forgotten Passageway by Joseph Howell, Ph.D.
