Deepen Understanding of Yourself and the World

Make peace with your ego and discover your true path. Go beyond the basics and study the Spirituality of the Enneagram with the Institute for Conscious Being. We provide an intimate, in-depth setting for instruction and practical application. Scholar’s Program is over six intensive weekends of study (January, May and September of each year for 2 years) and is open to anyone with a basic understanding of the Enneagram and its spiritual principles. We realize that as a student you will go through your own spiritual transformation and the ICB School will hold you in safety within a spiritual container.

Why Should I Join the ICB School?

Do you want to learn how to apply the Enneagram to your spiritual growth?

Do you want to see how the Enneagram could be an actual starting point for becoming conscious?

Are you ready to answer the call to become conscious and be aware of your true nature as a human being?

If you answered YES, then ICB is a great fit for you!

What are my next steps?

Step 1: Do I have a conversational understanding of the Enneagram?

If yes, go ahead to Step #2 and apply!

If no, read Becoming Conscious by Dr. Joseph Howell and/or attend our next public ICB Conference!

Step 2: Complete our ICB Application Process

Step 3: If accepted, begin the 1st level of your journey with our Scholars Program.

An overview of the next levels of your journey should you wish to continue after the Scholar’s Program:

After 2 years (6 intensive weekends of study), you will Graduate with a Certification in Consciousness and Spirituality of the Enneagram. If you wish to continue your studies, there is a 2nd level of your journey with our Master’s Program.

Continue on to the 3rd level of your journey with our Deepening Roots Program

“The ICB identifies, practices, and requires the highest code of conduct and character. From the outset, one senses the reality of authenticity and accountability within the leadership and teaching. There is an absence of ego driven language or a desire to place the spotlight on any one leader.

The teaching and training is directly informed by each faculty member's own practice of the Enneagram. In fact, the teacher is far more a practitioner of the Enneagram truths than simply someone presenting information. Because of this deep commitment to one's own character and practice, the truths and freedom of the Enneagram are offered with undeniable authenticity, humility, and integrity.

In a time when integrity is often difficult to find, ICB stands head and shoulders above any other program.”
