Rocks
January 31, 2024
If you have ever been to Sedona, Arizona, you have probably experienced the energy of the massive red rock formations. And if you have been to any ancient Native American sacred site, you may have felt energy in certain spots. If you have ever been to Stonehenge, the Acropolis, or the Egyptian Pyramids, you will likely have experienced the energy there. These places are far away, yet when I am at Mount Cheaha, only a few miles from my house, I feel a different energy in my body, much like in faraway places.
I do not pretend to know what makes energies more significant in certain areas. I only know I feel them. In delving into this phenomenon, I have learned enough of the science to understand that these vast energies not only affect us but are essential to life.
Your quartz wristwatch is proof for anyone who questions that rocks radiate energy. Quartz has a tremulously high vibrational frequency (32.768 kHz), so it conducts and produces energy when exposed to electricity.
Traces of gold can be found in our bodies at 14kHz frequency, and the silver, copper, and platinum in our bodies have frequencies between 3 kHz and 7 kHz. We all know that sixty percent of our bodies are water, a conductor of electricity. The brain and heart, which run on electrical impulses, are 73 percent water. Try being dehydrated; electrical currents in our brain do not conduct thoughts.
Along with our minerals and trace, minerals are our electrolytes that conduct electricity all over our body. Essential electrolyte ingredients are sodium and chloride, including potassium, calcium, bicarbonate, and phosphate. These are essential for brain, muscle, and heart electrical activity. Try being low on the mineral potassium; our muscles and brain do not work as well.
Energies in the rocks beneath and above the soil seem to run in lines or energy fields all around the globe. They are referred to as lay lines. When several lay lines crisscross, there is a natural concentration of energy. It is said that the ancients and first peoples of the earth were sensitive to these energy concentrations and built their temples, graves, and other sacred places upon them.
We are not only affected by the energy in the minerals in our body, those under our feet, and all around us, but we are affected by the magnetic pull and release of the moon, an enormous rock whose magnetic energy is so strong that it regulates the oceans’ tides.
We are affected by the energy of the people with whom we share space. Our egos want to think of us as separate entities, but in fact, we are part of everything and everyone, physically and spiritually. Meditation is a way to be in tune with all these energy levels.
Inquiry: What would be the circumstances in which you would not feel the energy fields around and within you?
Dear God,
So often, I forget that I am a conductor of your energy and that everything around me also conducts energy. I pray to find my frequency amid all the energies inside me, to the moon and beyond. Amen
