Different Strokes For Different Folks
July 7, 2023
We come into the world as different types of souls. Though there are nine major types of souls, each soul within its kind contains a unique mix of divine qualities. Therefore, there are billions of unique souls. For example, a Two Soul Type (all of whom are Ego Type Eights) is under the broad category of Sacred Compassionate Benevolence. However, each soul under that broad category has a distinctive expression of Compassionate Benevolence. This is true for all souls under each of the nine soul types.
To continue the example above, souls of the Compassionate Benevolence Soul Type manifest the purest giving, helping, compassion and empathy. They move in the world to support and nurture. This is their primary spiritual identity. The soul type is NOT their ego type or personality type. Their soul type is their deepest being that can only be expressed by removing the seemingly impregnable layers of ego and personality. Yet it is the essence of who we are and who we lived as totally for the first few years.
In addition, every soul is created with a combination of other sub-qualities. Their particular combination is unlike any other soul. Sub-combinations include the soul’s unique mix of the fruits (Galatians 5:22-23) and gifts (1Corinthians 12: 4-11) of the spirit, as well as their special emphasis on one or more of the nine Essential Qualities and nine Idealized Essential Aspects. Also included are their particular beatitude, their Holy Ideas and their Virtue. On top of this, the soul’s unique differences and variations are expressed in the individual’s body, mental capacities and emotional life in a one-of-a-kind way.
Amazingly, the root of all the differences between us is the fundamental uniqueness of all souls. We have not even begun to describe the differences in personalities and egos that distinguish us even further from one another. So, from the beginning, our most rudimentary beings were uniquely different and the ego structure adds to our remarkable uniquenesses.
Inquiry: How can you be so like everyone yet so different?
Dear God,
